Tripura University: MA Programmes (Distance Mode)

Applications are invited for admission into its MA programmes through distance

mode for the academic year 2013 – 2014 at Tripura University, Agartala:

Programmes / Eligibility:

MA in Political Science

Candidates with Bachelor’s degree of this university or any other recognized university or equivalent system of education are eligible to apply.
Candidates who has subsequently passed one year bridge course are also eligible to apply.

MA in Education

Candidates with Bachelor’s degree of this university or any other recognized university or equivalent system of education are eligible to apply.
Candidates who has subsequently passed one year bridge course are also eligible to apply.
Candidates who has completed B.Ed. course (NCTE approved) from any recognized university are eligible to apply.

MA in Bengali

Candidates with Bachelor’s degree of this university or any other recognized university or equivalent system of education are eligible to apply.
Candidates who has subsequently passed one year bridge course are also eligible to apply.

Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the merit of the Distance Education Admission Eligibility Test.

How to Apply:

The prospectus and application forms can be obtained from the office of the Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Tripura University, Suryamaninagar on payment of Rs. 300/- through bank draft drawn in favour of “Director, Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Tripura University” payable at SBI “Tripura University Campus Branch” (Code no. 10495).
The prospectus and application forms can also be downloaded from the university website: www.tripurauniv.in and submitted along with an application fees of Rs. 300/- through bank draft.
